Shipping and delivery of products will be largely dependent on the correct Shipping Address provided by the customer. Providing correct shipping address, phone numbers & email is the responsibility of the customer. Customer must verify the address by using the PIN code with Bebokart service area database before placing the order. If your area is not serviceable for our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case of any disparity arise regarding the shipment of the product for the area not covered by Bebokart, it will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. Bebokart does not have international delivery service. Customer can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but the shipping address must be within the Bebokart serviceable areas of India. If a customer books multiple orders at a time Bebokart would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible because of the nature of the products and different partners dealing with them besides the other logistic issues. Moreover, if a customer orders multiple products in a single transaction, then all the Products will be dispatched to a single shipping address given by him. Bebokart will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Bebokart reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer time due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances which are not under the control of Bebokart. In such circumstances, Bebokart will proactively reach out to you through SMS & emails. The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

Return Policy :

If you happened to receive a damaged or defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you have to get in touch with the customer service team using the means provided in our Contact us page. Upon receipt of your complaint, Bebokart shall verify the genuineness and the nature of the complaint. If the complaint is found to be genuine, Bebokart shall contact the relevant Vendor and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Bebokart reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be held liable for all costs incurred by Bebokart in this regard. The Vendor concerned selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product/ service and Bebokart shall not in any manner be held liable for the same. Bebokart does not offer reverse pickup of the items, the customer has to make his own arrangement to send us back the shipment himself/herself. The reverse courier charges will be at customer’s end.
